    2. Gentle Handling: Volunteers must handle the animals gently and with care, ensuring the comfort and safety of the pets at all times.
    3. Adherence to Shelter Rules: Volunteers shall follow the rules and policies set by the participating shelters, ensuring a harmonious environment during music therapy sessions.
  2. Eligibility: Notwithstanding the aforementioned restriction, it is important to underscore that minors falling below the age of eighteen (18) years may gain access to and employ the website under the direct supervision and guidance of their parent and/or authorized legal guardian. In such cases, the aforementioned age restriction shall not be applicable, provided the usage occurs with the explicit consent and oversight of the aforementioned parent and/or authorized legal guardian.
  1. Right to Refuse a Listing: We hereby retain the unequivocal right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to decline listing a shelter for any reason deemed appropriate.

  1. Volunteer Responsibility: Wild Tunes acts solely as a platform to connect pet shelters and volunteers for the purpose of music therapy sessions with shelter animals. While our intention is to provide a positive and enjoyable experience for the pets, it is essential to understand that all interactions between the volunteers and the shelter animals are the sole responsibility of the participating pet shelters and their authorized representatives. Wild Tunes functions as a facilitator and does not directly oversee or assume liability for these interactions. As a volunteer participating in the music therapy sessions, you acknowledge that you are not an agent or representative of Wild Tunes, and you agree to abide by the rules and guidelines set by the participating pet shelters during your interactions with the animals. 
  1. Safety Measures: Wild Tunes encourages all participating pet shelters to prioritize the safety and well-being of both the animals and the volunteers. We recommend the implementation of appropriate safety measures, including but not limited to:
    1. Providing guidelines for handling the pets gently and respectfully.
    2. Limiting the duration of music therapy sessions to ensure the comfort of the animals.
    3. Specifying appropriate types of music that have been shown to have a positive effect on the animals.

Volunteers are expected to follow these safety measures diligently and are encouraged to seek guidance from the shelters in case of any uncertainties or concerns.
