SOOTHING SHELTER ANIMALS THROUGH LIVE MUSIC

Introducing Stars for Paws, a program for professional musicians to soothe shelter animals.  Click here to learn more.

Wild Tunes —

is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to soothing shelter animals through live music. Founded in 2023 by 10-year-old Yuvi Agarwal, an animal lover and musician who recognized how music calmed his dog Bozo and wondered if it could do the same for homeless animals in shelters.

With a little research, Yuvi quickly discovered that music lowers stress hormones in pets, allowing them to relax and more easily connect with humans, and that live music could provide valuable enrichment. Since then, he’s been working to share the program and help as many pets as possible.
